Criminal complaints and potential charges against G-TAC  for hiring armed guards from Arizona’s “Bulletproof Security” to patrol the MFL (Managed Forest Land) in the Penokee Hills (open to the public) will most likely be dismissed . Officials from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services have already granted Bulletproof Security the license they were missing  to operate legally in Wisconsin, and the Penokee Hills.

In an article published in the Ashland Daily Press, Aug. 12th, 2013, Iron County District Attorney Marty Lipske was summarized explaining, “… he’ll forego charging anyone, if GTAC agrees to have Bulletproof guards patrol without guns.”

Do not worry, however, Iron county and state of Wisconsin officials are clearly not showing favoritism to pro-miners ove anti-miners…
